Heartwarming Message Exchanging - "Give and Take"

"Using mini cards printed with graphics and proverbs, students or staff were encouraged to write blessings on a card for the next stranger, and they would receive one from others as well... This activity aims to encourage students to care for others as well as foster a supportive community within HKBU... We tried to promote how their mental wellness should be specifically taken care of when they have overwhelming deadlines."
